These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and KPL Ltd, trading as My Little Circle ("Us", "We", "Our"). By accessing the My Little Circle app or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
My Little Circle is operated by KPL Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as My Little Circle. Our registered address and contact details are available at mylittlecircle.co.uk. You can reach us at legal@mylittlecircle.co.uk.
The My Little Circle Service is an online platform through which listings for parks, playgrounds, classes, and groups ("Listings") may be posted by us or by third-party organisers ("Organisers") for your review. You may enter into transactions directly with an Organiser outside of, or using the functionality of, the My Little Circle Service.
When you make a booking through the My Little Circle Service, we are acting solely as an intermediary. It is the Organiser, not us, who is responsible for delivering the relevant activity.
You may browse the My Little Circle Service without an account, but you must create one to access features such as finding local families, private messaging, and saving activities. By creating an account you:
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
My Little Circle is designed for parents and carers, not for direct use by children. We collect information about children (such as age range) solely to personalise activity recommendations for their parent or carer. We do not permit children under 13 to create accounts.

In exchange for complying with these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the My Little Circle Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This grants you no rights in or to our intellectual property other than the right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

The My Little Circle Service enables you to post reviews, messages, and other content ("User Content") visible to others. You agree not to post User Content which:
By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content within the My Little Circle Service. We have the right, but not the obligation, to moderate or remove User Content that does not comply with these Terms.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure Listings are accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy or validity of any listing information including times, dates, costs, or location. We do not endorse the suitability of any activity for a particular age range.
Any transaction you enter into following review of a Listing is conducted at your own discretion and risk. You are advised to verify event details before making any purchase or attending any venue.
You may download the app and browse the service free of charge.
If you book an activity through My Little Circle, the charge will be set out in the relevant Listing. You are entering into a transaction directly with the Organiser; we have no authority to amend their pricing. Charges are stated inclusive of relevant local taxes.
Requests to cancel a booking should be sent to the Organiser as specified in your booking confirmation. Acceptance is at the Organiser's sole discretion. If approved, you will be refunded within 10 working days by the same payment method. If an Organiser cancels an activity, you will be issued a full refund within 10 working days.
Where a premium subscription is offered: subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis; you may cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the billing period; you may be entitled to a refund within 14 days of initial purchase under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
We reserve the right to alter the My Little Circle Service at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes. We may also update these Terms for legal or business reasons — changes will be posted on this page. If changes are to your detriment, you may end your use of the service at any time.
We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by us. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for reasonably foreseeable losses, up to the greater of: (i) fees paid by you through the My Little Circle Service in the preceding 3 months; or (ii) £100.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, losses from inaccurate listing information, or failure to provide the service due to events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect your statutory rights.
If you breach these Terms, we may disable, modify, or delete your account and restrict your access to the My Little Circle Service. You agree to compensate us for any loss we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are concluded between you and us, not with Apple Inc. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. In the event of a conflict, Apple's terms take precedence for usage rules. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and no warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any product claims, legal compliance claims, or intellectual property infringement claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Google Play Terms, these Terms take precedence.
