My Little Circle is a space built on trust, kindness, and shared experience. Whether you're sharing a park review, finding a local family, or chatting with another parent, these guidelines help keep our community safe and welcoming for every family.

Protect children

Child safety is everyone's responsibility. When in doubt, report it.

1. Respectful Behaviour

We have zero tolerance for:

Disagreements happen โ€” please keep them civil and constructive. If a conversation becomes upsetting, use the in-app Report button rather than escalating.

2. Child Safety

The safety of children is our highest priority.

Any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualises children will result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant authorities.

3. Reviews & Ratings

Honest reviews help the whole community. Please:

Do not post fake reviews, reviews of venues you have not visited, or reviews intended to harm a competitor. Venue operators may not review their own services.

4. Messaging & Private Chats

Our one-to-one messaging feature is designed to help parents connect safely.

5. Finding & Meeting Local Families

My Little Circle makes it easy to find parents nearby. Please:

My Little Circle facilitates connections but is not responsible for what happens at in-person meetings. Exercise the same judgement you would when meeting anyone new.

6. Commercial Activity

My Little Circle is a community, not a marketplace.

7. Reporting & Moderation

If you see content that violates these guidelines:

We review all reports and aim to respond within 24 hours for urgent matters and 5 business days for general reports. Outcomes may include content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban. We will not share the outcome of reports with the reporting user in order to protect all parties' privacy.

We apply these consequences at our discretion, taking into account the severity and context of each situation. We always aim to be fair and consistent.

9. A Note on Mental Health

Parenting can be incredibly hard, and we know many of our users are navigating exhaustion, isolation, and anxiety. If you are struggling, please reach out to a healthcare professional or contact the PANDAS Foundation helpline on 0808 1961 776. You are not alone.

If you see a post that suggests someone may be in crisis, please report it immediately and encourage them to seek professional support.
